Graddhyllan Lantcafe, lunch only (tip)

You shouldn't miss this restaurant for a delicious lunch, it's one of the best restaurants in the neighborhood!

They only serve lunch, the kitchen is opened till 15.00. But you can drink coffee with one of their delicious cakes till 17.00. Order your food inside, like almost everywhere in Sweden.

 

Dogs are not allowed inside but they have a beautiful garden where you can sit outside when the weather is good.

Restaurant Perrongen (lunch/diner)

This cosy restaurant is located in the former train station building in Markaryd, you can't miss it. In the evening they serve Swedish food.

Outside the holiday period on weekdays  they serve an excellent 'Dagens Rätt' (daily special).

Kvarnen Kornhult

This restaurant serves Danish food (smörrebröd among other things). Sometimes they have activities (music/children). Besides that there is also a very extensive shop where you can buy tea (former Teboden).
