1. A Moose is No Ordinary Deer

With an impressive shoulder height of up to 2 meters and weighing as much as 700 kg (for males), this is a true giant. Its characteristic drooping snout, long legs, and massive antlers make it unmistakable.

Despite its bulky appearance, the moose is surprisingly good at swimming! It can reach speeds of up to 10 km per hour in water. Yet it can also move silently through the forest – perfect for evading predators.
